Lessons

In addition to trail rides, Horizons Horseback offers English horseback riding lessons for all ages and ability levels. Our lesson program is headed by our Equestrian Director Anna Buchanan, and all lessons are taught by either Anna or our Equestrian staff. Lessons are scheduled by appointment only, and are offered throughout the week and on weekends. Shoes with heels and long pants are required.


Helmets are provided.

  • 24 hours notice no charge
  • Less than 2 hours notice, $5 per rider charge
  • Late arrival, full amount charged per rider
  • No show, full amount charged per rider

    • The cancelation policy is not for weather related cancelations.
